CA. PAULSON K.P.

CA. PAULSON K.P., is the founding partner and currently the managing partner of the firm having over 44 years of experience in practice. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and started his career as the Audit Manager of Frazer and Ross (presently Deloitte) and later on was associated with KPMG, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and BVQI for ISO quality audits in India and Abroad. He has 20 years of experience as Quality Management Systems Auditor (ISO 9000 series) and two years of experience as a practicing advocate in the Honourable High court of Kerala.

He has served in the Central Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as a member of the Information Technology Committee, held office as the Chairman of Ernakulam Branch SIRC of ICAI. He has also served as the Vice-president of All Kerala Chartered Accountants Association, President of Cochin Chapter of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (USA), Chairman of Cochin Chapter of Computer Society of India and acted as the president of YMCA, Ernakulam. He is currently a member of The Kerala State Productivity Council, Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Kerala Management Association.

He is experienced in the field of Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Financial advisory services and specializes in the area of Income tax with special emphasis on Assessments, Appeals and Settlements. He handles Survey, Search and Seizure cases and is also an experienced Management consultancy and Due diligence professional.

CA. PRATHEESH PAUL. M., is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 28 years ofexperience in the field of Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Project Financing etc. He specializes in corporate and commercial planning with special emphasis on Direct and Indirect taxation. He is also involved in the Auditing & Certification work, Management consultancy services and Due diligence audits. He has exposure in wide range of industries including banking, financial services, construction, hospitality, tourism, mining and Quarry etc. He is also a paper presenter in various professional forums and meetings.

He is Past President of Alwaye Chartered Accountants Association and is also active in social work as a member of Young Minds International. He is the India Area Treasurer of this Organisation. Further he is also the Treasurer of YMCA Alwaye Project and Charter Secretary of YMCA Kizhakkambalam & Director of Karunya Resident's Association & Sahridaya Charitable Society.

CA. PAULOSE PAUL

LL.B, B.Com, CISA (USA), Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), ICAI Peer Reviewer, DISA (ICAI)

CA. PAULOSE PAUL., a commerce and law graduate qualified CA and CISA in 2008 and started his career with Ernst and Young, Chennai in Risk Advisory Services and later moved to KPMG, Kochi in their Audit and Assurance department. He joined our Firm in 2012 and specializes in the area of corporate audit, legal advisory on commercial matters with special emphasis on corporate compliance. With over 18 years of experience, and exposure to systems audit and risk management services he handles firms PSU, banks and other corporate Audits.

He was also the SICASA Chairman and Managing Committee member of Ernakulam branch of ICAI.

CA. ANSEER M.A.

M.Com, Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA)

CA. ANSEER M.A., qualified in 2008, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is having a Masters degree in commerce. He is also a first rank holder in B.Com from Mahatma Gandhi University. He did his articleship with the firm and is a partner of our firm since 2009. He has extensive and rich experience in the field of Auditing, direct and Indirect Taxation, Project Financing etc. He concentrates on Taxation-Direct Tax, Management Consultancy Services, and Income Tax and GST Representations.

CA. ANILKUMAR K. N.

CA. ANILKUMAR. K.N., is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1988 having wide experience. He has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and corporate finance. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations. He specializes in the area of management consultancy services including assessment, design and implementation of risk and related controls and development of MIS systems.

CA. Sethulakshmi K.S., qualified in 2024, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She completed her articleship training with the firm and has been associated as a Partner of the firm since 2024. She possesses professional experience in the areas of direct and indirect taxation, GST compliances, assessments and appeals, statutory and internal audits, MCA and corporate law compliances, management accounting system development, and budgeting and financial planning advisory services. Her expertise further extends to providing advisory and assurance services to companies and business entities across diverse sectors.

CA. Alen Joseph Sunny, qualified in 2025, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India who completed his articleship training with the firm. He has experience in taxation, audit, company law matters, regulatory compliances, startup consulting, and due diligence assignments. His expertise covers direct and indirect taxation, assessments, appeals, search and seizure proceedings, internal audits, financial reporting, management accounting systems, business modelling, and data analysis.
